Granada had a proper snide so and so doing the item on the semi finalists pointing out how many times Pep had failed at this stage (with Bayern ffs!!!) Though Jonnboy at the press was v enthusiastic. At least the Slimy Hall was getting drenched disrespectful mf!!!!

They also had something about the Club getting together with Manchester Metropolitan students to make hospital gowns for kids for the Children's Hospital.

What really caught my eye was a national report on the wrongful death of ex Villa and City player Dalian Atkinson. He died after being tasered after having a mental health episode at his dad's. I did not know that he was also kicked by the police man twice hard enough to leave imprints in Dalian's forehead. Hope justice is meted out. Itn had it as one of their first stories. Puts things in perspective regarding those self entitled gutter snipes throwing their toys out of the pram.

On local Beeb nw Annabel Tiffin positively gushing! I am a big fan of the swan necked big jawed milf. Swoon!!!!!!!

The report from the Etihad on the other hand was desultory. The obvious jammy in the Rags rioters took the rest of the item.

Sure for the 1st leg Tiffin was presenting too. I'm taking this as a lucky omen and will spend pre match thinking of Annabel gushing........

I worked in this profession for over thirty years, was old enough to do one when bullshit/pandering to the masses became important. Bunch of spineless reptiles that, if still there, take their pay packet, are unqualified or sheep. MuEN being the main player.

It would be most useful from a propaganda point of view if another Emirati was to buy an English football club. Would the media then regard that club as owned by the UAE? Are Sheff Utd owned by the Saudi state. How do you discriminate when state and person are blurred?

Every Tuesday I connect to a Zoom call hosted by New York Abu Dhabi University and today because we play PSG in the CL semi-final I thought I'd ask them what they thought about the game given some people see it as UAE v Qatar. They are interested in the game but no one supported City, and no hint of national pride or anything like that at all. I was quite disappointed at the time. IMO people like Conn just assume what they want to believe with very little insight at all.

Well done to Emily from King of the Kippax. Having a (not so) sly dig at the media in her interview on the BBC. Saying that City fans appear to be the only ones who want us to go through to the final.

Shame no-one ran up to Dan Roan reporting from outside the Etihad and took his brolly off him. Canute deserves more than a soaking but it would have been a start.
