After last night win I thought I would check to see if the BBC included it on the Main news section of Teletext as they would if the rags or dippers reached the final.
Scanning very quickly the first item that caught my attention was
“Candlelight Vigil for ......”
I thought that’s fucking quick they are grieving already but it was about a PCSO who got murdered in Dover.

Remember the time they victimised themselves about a chant we'd been singing all season about them losing the CL final in Kiev, inventing a story that it was about Sean Cox getting attacked and beaten by Roma fans at Anfield months before that final

But Gordon, surely you should care...I mean the socio-econimic impact, the way culture has changed due in part to the cultural phenomenom that is the X factor

They are a walking contradiction and its hard to keep up with who they like or dislike. They appear to hate city now as your successful and winning trophies. The same trophies they only care about if they're winning. No doubt they will say winning the CL is akin to winning the Northern League. They really believe that without their validation football means nothing.
 
I had a quick look on rawk this morning. They had a list of previous champ league winners over last 20 years or so. They reckoned nearly every one was "European Royalty" and so if City won it this year they would stick out like a sore thumb.

If being European Royalty means murdering the opponents supporters in the final and getting all English clubs banned for 5 years then I am proud that City are Commoners.
 
For some reason they think they are going to challenge next season??? Love to know what this is based on as it can not be their recent performances, nor can it be the current squad as that has peaked, nor is it the players they may sign as what top player would go near them or could they get. They have peaked now its back to being also rans which for most of their "istory" they always were apart from a brief stint from late seventies to late eighties and that's about it.
 
I think this absolute beauty deserves a poll:
how old do you think the smacked arse is who posted this on rawk ?

if there was ever an asterisks to be put beside a trophy then its this years champions league. Its just not as difficult to win when you dont have a hostile crowd to go play a high pressure game in front of. At least the winners last year played most of their games in full stadiums

I`ll go for 10 years old, its pre teen
