Brilliant, installed GooglePay on my Samsung phone, clicked on the email link to download the ticket and came up with "this item cannot be saved on this phone". Do they think every fucker changes their phone every year??
I think you need to set up Google Pay with at least one card (after the installation). Will attach OK then I think.Brilliant, installed GooglePay on my Samsung phone, clicked on the email link to download the ticket and came up with "this item cannot be saved on this phone". My email just came through. Took about 45 mins.I downloaded Google pay last night but I've never used it and haven't got a clue to be honest. Bought my ticket and it's showing on my account but 20 minutes later I have no confirmation e mail. If it ever gets here I then have to transfer it to that Google pay thing. A long stressful day in prospect.
don't worry you have time to sort that - the main is you got a ticket. I've got mine too, very very close to my season ticket seat as well - I got in the Pre-Queue at about 8.45, then went into the Real Queue at 9AM with only about 30 people in front of me. I noticed the blocks were pretty much quarter capacity available when I got in (after only about 3 minutes) but bythe time I was helping my mate at around 9.30 the 78 available in my block had gone down to 7 available!!! So they're selling really really fast! God knows whats left now!I downloaded Google pay last night but I've never used it and haven't got a clue to be honest. After a lot of faffing about and logging on and off twice I just randomly selected a ticket in Block.115 where my son sits. Sent him the details and he got one on the same row 6 seats away.I got it on my phone but I haven't got a clue how the bloody thing works.
yep i hate technology-but my email came about 30 mins after purchase, quickly followed by the mobile instructions..
I have apple pay-never used it but have managed to get the ticket onto apple pay by following the instructions (open email on mobile etc). You tube is a great resource for simple guides.
New world order I'm afraid.
No email and can’t even log in to see if successful or not.
These City websites/apps are really shite and just so frustrating !
I will not attempt to use this nonsense again.
I’d rather write a letter, it would be easier!

It's terrifying to be honest. I'm not one for conspiracy theories but this forcing everyone to comply with apps, tracking, no cash, no tickets just stuff stored on a phone is awful. What happens if your phone is lost or stolen? Runs out of power? Also given our stadium sits in some kind of internet black hole ( I can never get a signal inside) what happens then? We get some "Computer says no" zeolot refuses you entry?

When it comes through, you‘ll need to click on the apply to Google Pay tab. It’ll open a window in your browser. Confirm you want to do it and it appears in Google Pay/Apple Wallet.
When you’re at the turnstile, you’ll need to open the Google Pay app and hold your phone against the scanner.
You’ll be surprised how easy it is.
Its unbelievable that they haven't had the decency to email fansHeard fuck all don't know what to do.
150,000 I think. How many fans will there be at the game?
Only thing I'd say is we are all in the same boat right now-plenty of time to sort it once you have got your ticket. But oh for a ticket in your hand! It's terrifying to be honest.
