I had the same problem using my laptop. Tried it on my phone and went straight through. Don't know the reason why.

Mine did that so i just went back 1 page and it gave me the option to pay.

None - maybe in corporate, but it states something like "food and drink available - no alcohol" on the FAQs

It was playing up for me at first but i eventually got a confirmation email saying I'd successfully purchased a ticket. The club website is never easy to navigate, especially on an android phone.

Those who have spent most over the years should be first in line. If yer can't get to the matches that's reason enough to be back down the queue. If there's any left after those who have spent a lifetime and a sizeable part of their meagre income watching City they should come next. The notion that the club wants to be 'fair' just ends up being the opposite.

What you've written sounds unquestionably fair, but it isn't.

If they adopted what you're suggesting then the same people, barring the intervention of the grim reaper, would be at the front of the queue for everything all the time. This would act as a disincentive for others to even bother. When your method has been used in the past I know for a fact that it does.

And that's why the club don't use it.

She’s just had an email saying she wasn’t successful, despite her email yesterday saying she was! She entered 3 of us in the ballot, 2 of us were able to get a ticket and she can’t!
They’re so shite sometimes it’s embarrassing. What an utter fucking shambles.

People on here with a better record than mine,I've missed 9 home games in 48 years,went everywhere In 70s ,80s 90s,not happy especially if there's a 5 year old kid in my seat asking his dad why they won't pass to the man in black,and chasing pigeons around the back at half time.

For all those moaning, this is a classic situation of not being able to please everybody. Club in a no-win situation. For those with a ticket, enjoy and I’m so jealous. Just got notified unsuccessful. Gutted but it is what it is. Pandemic is not City’s fault, and 55,000 into 11,000 doesn’t go, however hard you try.
I’m just thankful I’ve seen the team I support since I was 5 back in 1967 win the league multiple times, cups and play amazing football. Something that was light years away in those awful 1990,s.
Some just seem to enjoy complaining. How you can enjoy your life is a mystery.
