That's exactly what he is doing.you're very adamant about this stance...are you on a big double bluff trying to put people off going so you get a ticket!??!

I’m really not.....That's exactly what he is doing.
I saw that too mate but again the article stated "If leisure travel is not permitted" and we know now that leisure travel is permitted. I think the bubble thing was just a back up plan if the Portuguese border stayed shut.Just found this from City's official travel partner - Sportsworld (no, me neither)
Pertinent section.
UEFA and the Portuguese government have requested that all official travel is restricted to day trip private charters to reduce the chance of spreading COVID-19, due to thousands of supporters expected travel from the UK.
Similar to the clubs statement, you can interpret it however you wish, but I read that as no restriction on unofficial/independent travel.
I’m really not.....
it’s just not safe
dont go.
Portugal is a hub for the Brazil variant, what with them all being foreign and that.
expensive tests
money down the pan if you test positive
grief and hassle
its just not worth it
stay home
stay safe
dont apply for a ticket
I do see your point.I’m really not.....

When are the tickets actually going on sale?Just letting you all know it’s been 12 minutes until anybody posted anything on this thread. Bloody slackers!
I am flying out of the country to AVOID having to listen to Rio, Owen and Scholes. AND You forgot McManaman and ‘City Spent’ Darke.I do see your point.
I agree with jimbo.
stay home
stay safe
dont apply for a ticket
Watch it on BT with Rio, Owen and Scholes
Edit.. did I go too far?
I thought next year was now Istanbul (again perhaps) ?Don't worry, next year's final will be much easier to sort out with it being played deep into Russia
And has obviously been paid off by Abramovitch to try and stop City fans going to support their team...haha!!!. These Russians are devious buggars.Jimbo’s like one of those really annoying high school friends you haven’t managed to shake off and insist on telling the same joke for 20 years
There are none. It’s behind doors now. UEFA are monitoring this thread and had enough of all the shitWhen are the tickets actually going on sale?
......or Portugal, they are the hosts, they will impose regulations UEFA will have to abide by, same as wembley was discussed, no way was our government going to let in thousands of largely unnecessary "hangers on", without following our regulations, and rightly so, which is why it's not being played here.I’m not blaming City. It’s UEFA
The criteria is out tomorrow and on sale from Wednesday. When are the tickets actually going on sale?
"We will publish information to supporters on Tuesday May 18 outlining the sales process which will open on Wednesday May 19.
The Club will be offering qualifying supporters an official day trip travel package from Manchester to Porto.
We would like to thank everyone for their continued patience."
I suspect this means tickets will only be given to fans who book with City. Outrageous for the diehards who have gone out of their way to watch the match. Would go myself but living in Kent, having to go to Manchester for a flight is just too much. No doubt the Chavs will have multiple options of airports. It is a farce.

Completely agree. I cannot see any non package ticket sales. City will be under strict instructions to account for all sales and travel arrangements of those who purchase."We will publish information to supporters on Tuesday May 18 outlining the sales process which will open on Wednesday May 19.
