I understand we’re saving the players for the big games but we’re so out of sorts right now it’s going to be hard get into rhythm. I haven't seen the replay but I didn't see an arm actually being grabbed, it was just two players, both with their arms out. That's why it wasn't a pen for me, there was nohing there to make Welback go down.

Question for me is why do they spend 5 minutes in matches checking for an offside and 5 seconds today to check a potential pen?

For VAR to work it needs to be completely independent, no chance while you've got the same crap refs manning it.

Rodri fucked the game up for us tonight, cruising at 2-0 then immediately after our second plays the shittest back pass imaginable and they score from it. That turned the match completely, piss poor from him.

And not for the first time it’s cost us. Think back 2 weeks

Tbh I high-key didn't care about this game but some observations:

- Referee horror show throughout the game.
- Garcia is a disaster at RB.
- Gundogan is crucial to our MF. Hope he's good.
- Rodri might've played himself out of a CL final start.
- Foden is incredible.

Add to that Cancelo is a disaster at left RB.
Felt most sorry for Torres. It was set up for him again with us going a goal up so early.
