Talking of which, Strachan was on Talkshite this morning talking about the film and said that when Ferguson was manager, he actively told the players to hound the referee. Apparently this new hagiography has been ‘directed’ by his son Jason, the former ‘agent’ who was at the centre of the Panorama expose after Magnier and McManus blew the whistle. Young academy lads were told they had to dump their agents and sign with Ferguson junior of they wanted any chance if a contract.
There can be little doubt that the money grabbing ‘socialist man of the people’ was getting a kickback

Of course Rashford is better. He’s got that world class ability that all world class strikers have of scoring a goal every 4 games. Name me a striker who isn’t world class who can match those stats

I understand bias and rose tinted glasses, but if you actually sat down and evaluatded both players, I just don't see how anyone with more that one brain cell could feasibly think that Rashford is better than Foden. Which facets of the game is Rashford better than Foden at? Foden is far more skilfull and has much better technique. Foden is better with his back to goal and better in tight spaces. Foden is just as quick and actually looks in control of the ball when he runs, where as Rashford looks like a modern day Darren Huckerby, he's a speed boat without a driver. Huckerby was a 1 goal in 4 forward, where as Rashford is a 1 in 3.3 forward. They both played in a similar position, yet Rashford plays in a far better team than Huckerby ever did. I don't think Rashford is even any quicker than Foden. Rashford has never been the best player on the pitch in champions league semi and quarter finals, not gas he ever been the best player on the pitch in cup finals.
Fodens mins per goal absolutely blows Rashford out the water. Foden is also far more creative and versatile in regards to positions he could play.
It really is not even close between the two of them, Foden is a truly gifted footballer where as as Rashford is s decent inside forward who is capable of popping up with a key goal every now and again. Rashford has never been the key mate for the best team in the county, which Foden currently is.

The Huckerby comparison is spot on tbf. An upgraded version of him I would say.
