Seat counters putting them in their baskets to check numbers? That would result in seats vanishing then reappearing.
Oh and don't wait on the phones - there's a chat option for Supporter Services I think, that should be quicker.
@aka blue jambo Just counted at 16:02 and 912 left. It was on 937 at 15:15 so after the intial rush at 3pm that's 25 sold in last hour.
You don't need to put them in your basket to count them. I guess the fluctuation is people who are actually buying and then putting back to pick other seats. If you count just as a window opens it's bound to fluctuate but right now I don't think there are many buying so shouldn't change much.
They have to be thinking about releasing additional criteria very, very soon.

There's always a lag anyway, as the system won't be 'instant' - the totals will be lower than what everyone's seeing.
Does this mean I can take my own LFT and use that for the return to UK
