Not really, they always offer qualifying supporters a package to away Euro trips. They’d have had to announce if it was the only option, which they clearly didn’t.

I don’t think they know yet if it’s the only option which is causing the delay.

Just spoke to City about another matter, but asked when the Final tickets would be released and he said when they finished dealing with the Everton game, so could be Tuesday or Wednesday

Suggests to me the discussions between the Portuguese authorities and UEFA are ongoing and as yet unresolved.

Sounds to me like that's the only option - day trip with the club or nothing.
