And this is too....
As I said to my ex-wife, the ending wasn't a mistake. We were lucky enough to have made the right choice at the beginning.
He was determined that Aguero scored. True leader in my opinionDon't forget Dinho's contribution. Turned into KDB to assist both of Sergio's goals. In fact, I thought it was Kev who supplied the cross for the header. Pinpoint stuff.
Oh to have Fern and Kun back at the ages they originally signed for us - we would be unstoppable. He was determined that Aguero scored. True leader in my opinion
You nearly had me there, with the clever use of the drop down before you cruelly mocked me.Actually Aguero did say he’d consider Celtic
if he had one leg amputated
We took the game away from his influence early on, nothing he could do from there.Have to add watching back through blurred vision, Oliver wasn’t as bad as I thought he would be.
I was having horror images of 3 players slipping and doing themselves with the rain on the plastic, and then I was getting concerned that they all looked chilly celebrating without any coats on. I'm glad I'm not the only other mither on here.Great day, plenty of goals at both ends so everyone hopefully had a good view of at least 2.
Most worrying thing yesterday was Mendy dragging Bernie by his leg with his other leg in an awkward position on that Champions plastic stuff, could have very easily done his groin.
I swear Fernandinho took some stick on here in his first few years for lacking the bite of De Jong and the discipline of Barry!Oh to have Fern and Kun back at the ages they originally signed for us - we would be unstoppable.
I was really concerned as well. Kept thinking I hope they have got a jumper or something under their Champions tops like I used to wear under my Whit Sunday walks dress when we weren't allowed to wear cardigans or jumpers!! My Mum always bought a white cardigan to go under the dress!! :-)I was having horror images of 3 players slipping and doing themselves with the rain on the plastic, and then I was getting concerned that they all looked chilly celebrating without any coats on. Mate, I was this close to grabbing an Uber to the stadium and giving young Phil a bollocking about putting a coat on doesn't he know he's got a final in a week, staying away from that bad influence Mendy, and god help him if he gets grass stains on his new school trousers.I was really concerned as well. Didn't go back there mate Townley half nine Holdsworth union grey horse all shut gutted.Fred's Ale House shut by then?
It certainly wasn't apparent he would be so key to the team. He played in the shadow of yaya, was slightly better than Fernando, and yes wasnt De JongI swear Fernandinho took some stick on here in his first few years for lacking the bite of De Jong and the discipline of Barry!
Just watched the video of THAT goal. A decade later and it still brings a tear of joy. Pep is right, we wont see Sergio's like again.
