9 premier league goals all season when aguero has basically not played at all. Just simply not good enough to ever be number 1 striker for us. Works hard and does have very good dribbling but lacks massively in everything else.

He will ask to leave as will have maybe 2 players in front of him as a striker next season in Kane and Torres and not sure he’d accept a spot as a rotational winger for the lesser games.

He wont leave. He loves the club about as much as Pep loves him. You clearly know better than Pep. He was amazing yesterday and so integral to how we play.

Dead rubber game. No where to be seen in any game of importance these days and the emergence of Torres as a striker means his days are numbered. He won’t be here next season.

His all-time goals+assists per minute played in the Premier League is one goal involvement every 105 minutes, which is pretty good. In his first half-season with us it was a goal/assist every 59 minutes, which is ridiculous.

This season it dropped off a cliff to every 158 minutes. But this season is definitely the outlier when you look at the data.

Agüero's since Pep arrived is a goal/assist every 86 minutes on average, with his best individual season in that time being 17/18 (73 minutes).

Players that have had a sub-90 minute goal+assist contribution season since 2016:

Gabriel Jesus 16/17 - goal/assist every 59 minutes
Kelechi Iheanacho 16/17 - goal/assist every 75 minutes
Sergio Agüero 17/18 - goal/assist every 73 minutes
Raheem Sterling 17/18 - goal/assist every 89 minutes
Sergio Agüero 18/19 - goal/assist every 86 minutes
Sergio Agüero 19/20 - goal/assist every 77 minutes
Kevin De Bruyne 19/20 - goal/assist every 85 minutes

Should have started... only player on the pitch acting like we were 1-0 down with less that 10mins to go in a Champions league final
because he ran around a lot? Dropped deep and pulled players out of position? i like jesus but every game we lose and he doesn't start its always the same thing said.

Wait what did Kev and Phil do when upfront? The square root of fuck all.
I agree but neither are strikers jesus is. He's brazils number 9 ffs he was bought to be agueros replacement. Did anyone really think when he was coming on he was gonna do anything.

A definite bright spot. Looks like he wants to fight for his placee which is another positive
