Sterling Haarland ?He’s just not right for City!
Where’s the dribbling right, beating the keeper, then left, putting the defender on his arse, then looking for the pass?

I think the club will pay what it takes, to get a striker that is the right fit for the club. I think if you listen Khaldoon's words, he says there will not be many incoming, but we can compete in the market, and I don't feel we will go cheap, to replace someone he believes has been the best striker in the EPL.I don’t think we will pay anywhere near £100 million for any player. Those pre-covid money spend times are gone.
Bayern literally paid €80 million for Lucas Hernandez. They also paid €40 million for Javi Martinez which was considered huge at that time. They will do it from time to time.I think the club will pay what it takes, to get a striker that is the right fit for the club. I think Haaland being sold may depend on the likelihood of a Sancho transfer. I doubt they will want to let both go, but if there are no suitors for Sancho, I believe we will be in prime position.
I also don't get this Munich talk on here, we know they are cheapskates, so I doubt they will want to pay a transfer fee of the size of next years clause, and I don't think they will pay the wages needed. I also think Alfie wants him to move to another league, so I think he will go to the EPL or La Liga.
I personally can't see RM being an option either, Lal Liga is skint, and I feel his team and him will look at who is dominating European football at the moment, which is clearly the EPL teams.
I think the main obstacles to us for his signature will be Chelski, or whether the club prefer to go down the Kane path of a proven EPL goal scorer.
I understand, but like us they don't usually go into auctions with other sides, which is what it will be next year. I do feel his wage demands, plus the fact that Alfie has voiced his desire to test Erling in the EPL, will be the biggest stumbling blocks for Munich, I just can see him staying in Germany.Bayern literally paid €80 million for Lucas Hernandez. This isn’t true neither about us or themlike us they don't usually go into auctions with other sides
Enlighten me then. This isn’t true neither about us or them

Bayern like a bargain, nothing wrong with that, their negotiation tactics are dubious, but they inevitably get their man and on their terms. This isn’t true neither about us or them
What I am saying, is that from what I have seen about most of our transfers we have a price limit, if someone goes over that, we usually walk away from the deal ala Hazard and Sanchez. I am not saying we are the only team vying for certain players, I've just not seen us get into a bidding war with another team.Just because we lose out to other sides, doesn't mean we don't go in at all. We have been in for plenty of players, that ended up at other clubs over a little bit more money.
Probably right about Bayern, moreso than us, but I don't follw their activity enough to know.
There has to be a price limit, fools are parted with their money, our club will always pay a fair and honest price but will no longer have our pants pulled down, they learnt their lesson quickly about that. What I am saying, is that from what I have seen about most of our transfers we have a price limit, if someone goes over that, we usually walk away from the deal ala Hazard and Sanchez. Then sipping a mojito before casually walking back with the ball to the half way lineHe’s just not right for City!

I too think and hope that we will go for Haaland, but I also feel there may have been enough groundwork done prior to any bid, to ensure that we are his club of choice.Fair enough, yeah that seems to be the case, the club will determine a value and if the price is pushed beyond that, either by selling club or other club's interest etc, they will walk away.
Doesn't mean we won't bid for Haaland just because other clubs may be at it too, which i guess isn't what you were saying anyway.
Does anybody has any idea ITK or not , what happened here. From daily rumours about him wanting to come to us, the exchange between him and Foden to suddenly not a whisper.
It is very interesting and I am for once, very curious to know
what? With is back in food books with Uefa not an issue paying 100 million plus for Haalnd at all. Long term deal. We will also off load a couple. Two works class coming in. 4 leave at least. For me Haaland over lake all day long. Kane is awesome don’t get the wrong. Issue age and injury prone. I won’t complain at all over Kane.
Just prefer the lad Haaland. Potential ballon dor player
Can look at it two ways.Does anybody has any idea ITK or not , what happened here. From daily rumours about him wanting to come to us, the exchange between him and Foden to suddenly not a whisper.
