In reference to Sterling of course.
Some fair points but not sure how Maguire gets the plaudits over Stones.
In reference to Sterling of course.
And a company car....Don’t you get a gold-plated pension though?
They were all pissing themselves with each other at the very end, it’s all just a bit of funWright clearly fucked off about Sterling at Keane.
the knee contact was on the side of his knee, weve all done it at some point and it is painfull and can certainly take you out of your stride, soft pen yes,a pen yes,the defender made the contact and thats it by the rule book it was a pen, having said that i'd be disapointed very disapointed if i was a Denmark fanRegarding the penalty!
I don’t think Raheem dived.
I don’t think there was contact enough from either defender on its own to take him down but combined had him off balance.
A slight collision from the second guy had him hit the ground.
Maybe he didn’t need much encouragement, but when I saw it at real speed I thought the first defenders contact was a brushing of legs that meant the second contact had him unbalanced.
Looking through VAR in slow-mo it’s debatable whether there was contact by the first defender but I’ve seen these given all year.
The game should have been stopped for two balls on the pitch anyway so VAR wouldn’t have come into it.
Regardless, England deserved the win in my opinion.
I think you have the squad to win it overall but it can be frustrating at times seeing how conservative Southgate can be.
Let’s see if he changes it a bit against Italy because he would be playing a dangerous game against them putting that non midfield out.
I don’t think you can afford to hand them control.
As a neutral though I would have more interest in You vThem than the Danes.
Honestly don’t care who wins. Best of luck to you though.
What did Keane say?Wright clearly fucked off about Sterling at Keane.
Fair playthankyou Sir.
Always stick by England. Why the fuck not ?
Why hate your own nation ?!
so glad Southgate has proved all the clueless twats wrong.
Bring on Italy
I support them when they play for us. I liked what I saw from Italy better in this tournament. Not a fan of Pickford, Mount, Maguire, Shaw, Kane, Henderson etcThen why not support our 4 current players in England squad
Hes definitely looked sharper in the last 2 games TolmKane is so intelligent with his movement and can see why he got so many assists last season.
Pep clearly thinks he brings more to the table than just goals.
Why? It's a game away from being won, yet.One knock on positive of covid is the banning of players friends and family on the pitch. Pet hate of mine that.
It comes across as trolling. You say you want Italy to win due to the City link with Mancini. He left the club 8 years ago. We've got 4 current players in the England squad. There's no logical explanation to your reasoning.I’m not trolling. It’s my genuine preference
What did you make of Rice's performance tonight? And how does it compare to his season at West ham? From the little I saw of him last season I was very impressed, even had him in my team of the season but watching him tonight I thought he looked miles out of his depth, his positional sense was beyond poor, is that commonplace with him?thankyou Sir.

I think Southgate was right if you look at the scoreDespite the win I thought Southgate was a coward taking Grealish off. Bringing Trippier on was okay but we lost control and midfield when Grealish went off.
Italy will crucify us with tonight's player selection.
That's fair enough. Schmeichel was outstanding for the Danes.BBC poll player of the match was Smeichel whilst England's was Sterling by a large margin.
Walker up there as well.
Brilliant!
I think Raheem does approach every game like that.Best game for Sterling, finishing aside he was direct and ran them ragged. Wish he approached each game like that. Walker was class too, Foden didn’t put a foot wrong.
