just honestly reflecting the coverage. Those 3 deserve far more positive attention than they've had, that's the long and short of it.
Sterling has had the most positive coverage of all England players.

John Stones described as “absolutely colossal”

After the Ukraine game, BBC News were at Stones’ junior football club and half of the whole section on England was about Stones.

If you type “Kyle Walker” into Google News, he’s everywhere across the media at the moment. Described as “holding the key to England defensively”. One article is slagging off Roy Keane for calling him a car crash earlier this year.

So; if we tune into CNN in the early hours of monday morning, and there are reports of a mass shooting in the North West of the yewessovay, we know who might be responsible, yeah?
Jim you could follow it in off topic, todays shooting in the USA ;-)

Wise, until you attribute stuff to me. Then it goes sideways.
I never attributed it to you, I said “From a fan of a team that thought it had turned into Brazil circa 1970 for managing a dire 0-0 two weeks ago!!”, meaning the team believed it had turned into Brazil.

If I had been attributing it to you I’d have said “From a fan of a team who though they had turned….”

Happy to help.

City fans will always find bias against us if they look for it and ignore the positive press.

QPR and Wigan tells me a different tale
Wigan ? We lost a lead against Wigan , enlighten me , i could probably find another game from the 200 hundred he managed at our club , but in general he was the best defensive minded coach we have had and still is an excellent tactician ,thirty odd games undefeated appears to prove the point.

Who cares really, pretty sure the players don’t. The whole squad are on the verge of history, enjoy it and don’t let something that doesn’t exist bother you.

Worried that I may go full @BlueHammer85 tomorrow if we win and

they aren't, Sterling has been accused of cheating across the majority of platforms. Stones has barely had a mention in the wider media and online because it's all about Maguire coming back in and Walker finally got a bit of positive attention, but nothing compared to the pedestal he deserved for his man of the match performance on Wednesday which bailed the likes of Maguire and Pickford out time and time again.

you need to take your city bias glasses off. The media have praised all of our players. Sterling in particular

Saw these stats and was really surprised premier league wasn’t out in front.

These stats pretty much confirm the Spanish league is entering a death spiral. Suspect to have one English team in CL finals for the next few years.

Problem is people still look at Sterling with the previous baggage the media dropped on him…speaking to a group of people after the denmark game and i was banging on about sterlings performance and they thought he was wasteful in the game! Utterly gob smacked - he’s one of those players that cant be looked at objectively now which is a shame

Getting way ahead of myself here but... If we win will we have another star on our shirts above the England badge or is that reserved for World Cup's only?

Just getting a little worried my (15 year old) England shirt may be outdated soon.

The Manchester City player started their first two group games and came on as a substitute in the semi-final.

"He's definitely doubtful although it's not something serious. It's just whether it will keep him out of this particular game," said Southgate.

It’s like some weird parallel universe now we’ve reached the final and seeing everyone giving the hate mob a good kicking !

along with praise for Southgate and the boys - it’s a fickle game.

a long hard journey but it’s great to see

just know it will be back to square one though come the next England friendly where we draw 1-1 with Estonia and everyone harping on about our easy route to the Euros and how we got lucky.

who gives a fuck? If you win the FA Cup by beating a series of non-League teams and a Div 2 team in the final do you know what the record books says? YOU were the winners - it doesn't record an "easy" passage to the final that you won with a jammy mis-kick !
