How can anyone watch a football match with the sound turned down? The atmosphere of the fans is 50% of what football is all about!

The same way I did during lockdown when there were no fans in the stadiums! I rarely listened to the commentary then either.

Strange as it may seem I build my own atmosphere. I watch football for the football not the atmosphere nor the commentators. If I am at the game that’s different but listening to boring people makes me fall asleep as I have unfortunately done during a couple of games in the Euros. :-(

I hope that is acceptable to you or do I have to have permission to do what I want in my own home? :-)
