I'm a City fan because I know no different, I was indoctrinated into it.

I'm not a fan of international football, so don't invest in it, irrespective whether it be England or not.

The point is you can choose the club you support for whatever reason . Nationality no. So always City before England, which is just an accident of birth.

The town or city you come from is more representative of a person than their country is. And you should support the team of that place.

I find it just as weird when people support clubs when they’re not from that place as I do the idea of supporting a country they don’t come from.
