I think we should remember that our main owner chose to buy into the PL via City. He knew he was not wanted and true to form FFP was born to try to stifle his investment phase.
Of course that initial antagonism persists, of course we are subject to rules others get away with on and off the field.
Despite all this bias our owner continues to invest because that's what he does which is their worst fear come true.
Can't see them stopping now and our owner doesn't expect them to.
We are the ones who expect fairness, don't think our owners do.

Thanks, I wasnt aware of that. All seems very strange. Is PL/FA just casting round for something to hit us with just to placate the hateful 8?the court judgement says no charges have been currently levied by the PL against City and may never be.

Now is the Winter of his discontent.A quick point re the time bar.
There were two items ruled out by the time bar. Our defence to one of them would have relied on our audited accounts, which defence worked in every other charge.
On the second item CAS specifically said (I paraphrase) that there was no evidence that the purported action took place after ffp had been introduced.
Thus, journos saying we got off on a technicality are plain wrong in assuming we would have lost in those instances had they been litigated.
Henry Winter claimed they were only time barred by City's delaying tactics. Wrong on two counts, the most obvious of which is that the clock stops running on the day Uefa lay a complaint. I emailed Winter on this point and he could not grasp it.

But we won't be doing a deal , didn't work first time, can't make the same mistake again.

And that is exactly what every supporter at every other club wants their boardroom members to do at their very own clubs.Doesn't matter what was leaked. We aren't being charged with being hacked. The crux of the matter is whether or not our accounts are accurate as far as i can tell.
This is why the accusations of cheating are so frustrating to me. Our wins and titles are from the coaches and players. As far as i know we've paid everyones wages and don't owe transfer fees. What is the actual problem?

Our majority owner is an Arab Muslim who has made huge investment in his business, that is not allowed, as it shows up the good old, white American ownership model of little or no investment , then take out huge capital out of the business.
Our club, and a club like Leicester should be the model of how to run a successful modern day football club, superb investment at all levels of the business, investment in the local community and making the business self funding and profitable after the initial investments.

The piss boiling is about to reach unprecedented levels , the Mail pushing the FFp garbage and the club reacts by spending £250m on two of the best players in the Premier league , if the signings do come to fruition we will become the most hated club in europe , the ABU's will become the ABC's.

The football this club plays is the stuff of dreams, the PL are incredibly lucky to have a real life advert appearing worldwide every 3 days, 60 times a year.
