This specific incident was about an objective thing. They were quoting a study that basically had a number, let's say 100, and the Guardian printed the number to be 7000. I pointed out that that was not what the study said was the number, they said that I couldn't prove it wasn't 7000.

Migrant workers deaths in Qatar?
Seem to recall ages ago you destroyed the figures quoted as bullshit and I thought your argument was spot on at the time.

That was the one. The reporting about the Qatar situation in the West might be the most egregiously bullshit thing I've ever seen and it smacks of anti Arab racism.

It’s his media that helps radicalise people like Trump and Hopkins in the first place, so pretty high.
Well, until he stood for office Trump was reported not to read anything; Hopkins is a joke.
Are you sure that you are not mixing up "right wing" with "dangerous"?

Do you have a single shred of evidence to support this?

Oh dear. Didn’t realise you were one of those types. Disappointing to be honest.

If you can’t see what damage Murdoch media does to our society and individuals within it then I don’t really know what to say.

The horrendously racist retort from his mouthpieces are what have helped create the increased racial and political tensions we see today.

Radicalise is probably the wrong word in terms of Trump & Hopkins, but a lot of the rhetoric from them has certainly been amplified by Fox, despite in some cases being patently false.

Murdoch could have put a stop to it, but instead allowed it to go on practically unchecked, possibly actively encouraging it as it suited both his pocket and his agenda. In essence Fox has been a pathway for the radicalisation of Trump supporters, alongside social media and other platforms by allowing him airtime to spew easily provable lies which have no doubt resulted in the death of people, due to either COVID or the Capitol Riots/Charlotsville.

I'm not sure how you would term racism if you don't think Tucker Carlson and his cronies on Fox (Not News - as per findings in court case that no reasonable person could consider his utterings as News) propagate exactly that.

They deny any such thing of course and behave affronted to be accused of it, but like much of the GOP mouthpieces on TV they specialise in projection.

Migrant Caravans are their favourite for scaring the southern states inhabitants, brown people coming to rape your women and burgle your houses. I saw one main stream media outlet piece quite recently where they showed Fox managed to do 9 pieces daily on said migrant caravans the days before the election, following day and rest of week, 1 single mention in passing.

But of course "theres good people on both sides...."

I think this is an unrelated, by name only, Manchester City low.

Marshall Motor Group chief executive Daksh Gupta has insisted that the AM100 PLC will not be “splashing the cash like Manchester City” after record H1 financial results left it with a strong balance sheet.

“Over the past 14 years we have done nothing stupid and we will continue to be very selective about what we buy,” he said.

And Red Devils fan, Gupta quipped: “We’re definitely not in a Manchester City position, and nor would we want to be. We’re like Manchester United, making targeted acquisitions that will add value.”

Sanchez? Pogba?

It just shows how little this toerag really knows about football and defines "deluded" perfectly.

Fellaini, Herrera, Di Maria, Depay, Schneiderlin, Martial, Mikkytaran, Pogba, Sanchez, Lukaku, Fred, Wan Bissaka, Van Beek.

Around £620m just on those targeted acquistions.
