But the presenters are like muppets on speed. They’ve actually done really well for young lads.Yeah no prob you can watch it if you want.
I just don't rate the so called "transfer expert".

Because it isn't our problem, nor Peps. The only people who's problem it is are Soriano and Khaldoon. If they say we can spend it ten we can spend it job done.Oh here we go again...i know there are a mouth breathing portion of fans at all clubs, but the amount i'm reading this is staggering to me.
It absolutely matters. Its not about how much money is in football as a generalisation...its about how much we have available to us over a period of time, given FFP and other factors.
If pep cares about fee's and always talks of what we can and cannot afford then how can our fans be so bloody flippant.
It took a long time to buy a replacement for Kompany. The consensus around the Sanchez, Maguire, Koulibaly, Messi (pt1) was also wrong. Our would-be adversary here is Levy, the guy who made one of the most stupid appointments in modern football (Mourinho) and we are trying to figure him out.I think this window has been the anomaly. Its City’s normal procedure to have three choices for each transfer.
Kane even at £150m is self-financing because its highly likely that with him we continue to dominate English football, the richest league in the world. Is that above market value? Massively. He's 28.Oh here we go again...i know there are a mouth breathing portion of fans at all clubs, but the amount i'm reading this is staggering to me.

Your first ever true fact , well done youNot at all. Maybe I just see things differently than you and others?

Definitely done well on CityXtra. But the presenters are like muppets on speed. They’ve actually done really well for young lads.

Worst sports-washing of all time. Those 'fans' who talk of sports-washing were wearing the 3 Lions a month ago. Experts on sports-washing. ABu Dhabi doesn't contribute to MCFC. If you know anything about City's finances, then you know City's UAE revenue is about 10% and much more legit. than many Premier League clubs. Back in 2010 City were floated by SHeikh Masour's investment. That's really not the case now. We've spent £180m net in a window before as have others. You were actually talking sense until this sentence, where presumably the fantasist schizophrenia kicked in.
You're absolutely right that Kane would have to go for around £150m. And that's what going to happen. Getting tired of people cropping up with a smug "City would have to pay £150m!" as if they're not talking about a club that's sport-wash funded by Abu Dhabi and plays whack-a-mole with financial regulations whenever they pop up to bother us. It'll be around £130m with add-ons, maybe even £90/100m with Jesus, but it'll be valued by Levy at £150m, and it'll get done.
Get him in sky-blue, get him hitting penalties, and let's fucking go.

Agree we pussyfoot around too much afraid of offending people. Fuck it.This is our problem imo...we have created this image(with messi before and now kane) of a club who will wait around for a target. We are way too nice sometimes it would seem...when you dally you not only lose out on other options, but when players see the club operating like this repeatedly, they know when the time comes you are not going to quickly move on and this alleviates any pressure their end to force a move.
IF this transfer faces issues and does not end up crossing the line how daft will we look? I said it before....inept even. We could just look like muggins. Not saying it will happen...just playing devils advocate.
Sometimes i look at the way PSG do business and, although its brash, its bloody effective with all the public comments and lip service from everyone connected with the club. In contrast our tactic of super quiet, super laid back, super respectful(maybe even crossing the line into unconfident)....well you guys be the judge.
Agreed. I'd say it's more like there's zero chance it happens before the season starts (due to the first fixture) but its almost certain to happen in the week following that.Yeah that's definitely not how it's going to happen.
Hope your right just saying the longer we leave it the less time we have for "Plan B"Do you really think the club prioritised which deal to conclude first?
Chill, still plenty of time.
Have all these clubs that don't pussy foot about been more successful than us?Agree we pussyfoot around too much afraid of offending people. Fuck it.
Reading a lot of nonsense on here this morning.
Let’s get some facts straight.
Spurs have all the power
Spurs don’t want to sell
Spurs know we’ve paid 100 million for an uncut gem
Spurs know we are desperate to buy Kane
Levy is a well renowned hard ass negotiator
Due to these facts we will not get him for less than 150m. That 150m may involve players their manager fancies and we agree to let go.
The longer this plays out the more the price goes up as they don’t want or need to sell. Imagine if we struggle to score in the first couple of games, we could be looking at 200m.
We need this done this week before the season starts or, imho, it won’t happen
I genuinely believe there is no plan B as we are confident of getting KaneHope your right just saying the longer we leave it the less time we have for "Plan B"

bp you`ve just beaten me to it mate as I was going to respond to BlueBanger as he`s talking like a know all accountant, but as you say we`ll leave it to the real experts at our club who know what we can afford.Because it isn't our problem, nor Peps. The only people who's problem it is are Soriano and Khaldoon. If they say we can spend it ten we can spend it job done.
What's Benjani doing these days?Well there is a plan B, it’ll be going with what we’ve got. We naturally only want players who are attainable and, pep believes, will improve us. That is a pretty small pond we are fishing from.
Until a hypothetical happens and he has a bad injury to his ankle....or doesnt do the business for us. Then its a massive £150m(+wages) hole in our finances over X amount of years and its everyones problem as it impacts us on the picth. If he's below 25 and has some resale value its not as big of an issue.Because it isn't our problem, nor Peps. The only people who's problem it is are Soriano and Khaldoon. If they say we can spend it ten we can spend it job done.
