It's fine on your NHS app as long as there's an internet connection, should be ok outside the stadium.Does the Covid vaccination proof have to go in your phone (apple) wallet or presumably having it on your phone on the nhs app is ok?
Cheers mate will try.Are you able to set your daughter up her own email address .

Thanks. What’s the alternative, is there a way of getting into the apple wallet? I am not good with technology, tried ringing “customer services” yesterday, gave up after 2 hours! It's fine on your NHS app as long as there's an internet connection, should be ok outside the stadium.
How about holding a Help day City?? Ticket office and IT people on hand to assist, you know, the paying public.
This is why this whole debacle is a year too early and a shambles, should have given it a season and bombarded us, email and on the screens with help and had drop-in assistance rather than under trained ticket office staff telling you to "do it online".
Think they've had or are in the middle of a help fortnight....great if people with issues live close but not for our out if town fans. How about holding a Help day City?? Ticket office and IT people on hand to assist, you know, the paying public.

If you've an iphone, bring up the vaccine pass in the NHS app and scroll down, you should see something like "add to wallet" as an option. (Not available on android phones.) You'll need to repeat that every so often as the pass has a 30 day expiry date once downloaded to the apple wallet. Viewed in the NHS app it has a rolling 30-day expiry.Thanks. Haha I’m at work until 1 o’clock next Saturday so by the time I get to the ground I’ll be stood in that carnage you’ll be watching from SS3 as that’s where I am. Think of me while you’re having a nice watered down pint that’s just been increased in price or a cafe latte rather than a bovril.Think they've had or are in the middle of a help fortnight....great if people with issues live close but not for our out if town fans.
Luckily I'm ok, no kids, just myself so no pissing about ...my phone has the programs it needs in it etc.
My worry is the chaos outside from 14.00 next Saturday. Again I have few ties or time constraints so I'll be in (if everything works) as the turnstile's open and will hopefully not have to watch any carnage from the top windows at the back of SS3.
Please tell me more.Isn’t that what the drop in sessions they’ve been holding this week and next are all about?
I think" help day" wil be the Norwich game !!!How about holding a Help day City?? Ticket office and IT people on hand to assist, you know, the paying public.

Ever hopefull it'll not be as bad as we think.Haha I’m at work until 1 o’clock next Saturday so by the time I get to the ground I’ll be stood in that carnage you’ll be watching from SS3 as that’s where I am. From gov.ukThanks lancsblue and yeseye, you should set yourselves up as an alternative customer services department! Just one more question, my 2 under 18 kids don’t have vaccinations or nhs apps, just their season cards on my phone, will they be ok with just season cards?
Please tell me more.
Thanks.Info on the drop-in sessions here:

Brilliant - cheers.I HAVE A SMART PHONE BUT NEED MORE HELP…
To help you prepare for the start of the season, we have provided answers to some of the questions that you may have on mobile ticketing here.
If you need further support as we approach the new season, we’ll be running a number of daily ‘Drop-In Sessions’ at the Etihad Stadium, every day from Monday 9th August – Friday 20th August between 10am – 4pm.
At the ‘Drop-In Sessions’, our team will help you download your Mobile Season Ticket to your smart phone and give you an opportunity to test your ticket at a turnstile. To find out more information and book onto a session, please click here.
