I know we laugh at OGS but is he a better tactician than we give him credit for. His record against Pep and Bielsa in recent years is very good (runs for cover).

Yeah they’ll win their annual We Beat City At The Etihad trophy, their We Won The League In August trophy and the We Finished Third In Our Champions League Group And Qualified For The Europa League trophy.

Yeah unfortunately they are going to be there or there abouts this season. No point in trying to deny it or believe otherwise. Hopefully city can navigate this tricky start with some relatively tough fixtures and lack of pre season for half the squad.
They do have quality players but that midfield pairing can easily be over run so hopefully they won’t sign any half decent dms.
 
How are THEY complaining about your spending? Maybe there are or aren’t questions to be asked (I think other top clubs should just get on with their own setup—even you lot can only play 11 at a time). But it certainly isn’t from *them*!! They’ve spent ALOT. Highest net spend in the league over last five years with nothing to show for it.

They are taking offense to Pep name dropping them but in early 2000s were they not buying Verons and Rios at prices nobody could compete with at the time? Even more recently they’ve been able to spend eye watering sums on luxury players like Di Maria and Martial.

A grand total of two, yes, TWO!, United fans were arrested for their part in breaking and entering, trespassing, criminal damage, breaking covid restrictions, and worst of all causing GBH to six Police officers.

Six United fans were arrested yesterday for a few scuffles with Lids fans.
