Most folks on twitter don't like that account because he quotes any "xyz" account as source. It would seem many accounts have reported city_chief.

Chelsea have strengthened up front. Liverpool have a 20+ goalscorer.. we don’t.. Sunday showed that.. we won’t get away with not converting our chances this season.
