Harry Kane

Probably falling on deaf ears. These are Spurs fans (like Villa ones previously) that are only registering accounts in the middle of a transfer involving one of their players so as to set the score straight because we all have it wrong. We should be so lucky to have all these smarty pants enlightening us with the truth.
Don’t mind reading contrary opinions just as long as they’re logical. Never understand why supporters of selling clubs come on here and ask us to go and shop elsewhere. It’s like going into Sainsbury’s and a member of staff running over and telling you that you should pop up the road and visit Tesco instead!

he could easy have £50 million in the bank ?
you hope at the age 28 he would have been wise and invest in something maybe property

also i think he could go to a bank or somebody and lend him the money then pay them back with a deal from city
It doesn't work like that mate. If there is no release clause there are numerous roadblocks to players buying their contracts out otherwise it would happen every window. Compensation has to be agreed (this is the contract but plus compensation to the club for losses/replacement) which has never been done so it could take years to agree and be very, very expensive. It has to be after a season finishes as well iirc and numerous other clauses in the small print that mean it will never be done for a big name player without a release clause

While we know that him playing in this game doesn't stop him playing for us in the CL, the fact that Spurs are prepared to risk him getting injured speaks volumes to me. We fucked up with Leroy and I imagine teams noticed that.
Does it make sense for Spurs to risk 140 million?

is it a ploy from Levy to leak he is about to play on Thursday for Spurs just to hurry Txiki?

if he really plays and gets a serious injury both sides will end up with a big egg on their faces same with Sane 2 years ago.

Unused sub if the transfer is likely.

To be fair to him, he’s gone into the last three seasons with no left back and won the title twice. When we’ve got no goalkeeper and he says that, I’ll put my tea cup down.
Have a brew with Scott in that scenario
