He seems very happy to stay at Barca. If i remember correctly he has been steadfast in his refusal to leave Barca. I also doubt he fancies it in the prem, seems very happy in Spain.

I'm banking on him to bag 30 this season.

Nowhere near good enough in my opinion. Doesn’t look like he ever will be, he offers almost nothing as a centre forward for a club with our ambitions. Best he can be is a squad player as a winger, albeit a slow one that cannot dribble.

Still time for us to actually buy a striker yet, hopefully some work going on behind the scenes.

Like I said, I expect 30 goals from him this season. Whether that makes him a good or bad striker I don't know.

30 for the season. 18 to 22 in the league. We are not a single point focused team. So I don't expect a 28 goal in the league Striker. But 18 to 22? Easy!

Celebrated every goal and the victory today but could still see the need for a top center forward especially in moments of the second half. Arsenal is a very poor side, even worse with ten men and injured players. Three days to go.

I think Torres is good enough to play that role as he gets more used to it. Not sure there are many options around that would get us more.

I agree. A world class striker, that woukd be a different story. A last minute make-do with what is left in the market, rather see Torres and Gabi get a proper go to play consistently.

In Torres we have one. Gives Delap a chance as well. At some stage we need to trust some of the talent coming through the academy and give them a chance to make it with us.
