Afghanistan

Thanks ,ihave seen what he has said all the way along ,they couldnt find enough people at the airport to fill his plane so nobody was held back for him and the animals
Do we not have enough cats and dogs of our own that need looking after ?

Why have Americans left 50 helicopters there for the taliban to use?
Why didn't they just fly 50 pilots over there and let them fly the helicopters over to the Pakistan Air base?

How do you know they haven't spiked them? Just remove and take away a few vital ECU's and its just an ornament. The other thing is if they are such sophisticated machines its like someone leaving an F1 can in your garage...... you can sit in it but can you even start it?

“Why have the Americans?” is a reoccurring question that’ll never stop being asked about this whole shit show.

Meanwhile Biden was “castigated” by the families of the 13 killed American servicemen. One father says he spent the whole time looking at his watch and another woman shouted that he should “burn in hell”.

They are pretty much outdated and have been made useless. Other military equipment they left will come in handy for Taliban in their fight against Isis.

Raab in front of the Foreign Affairs Select Committee later today should be good - get the popcorn in and watch an intellectual lightweight try to justify a dereliction of duty

I think you put a coin in the slot underneath the joystick. No change machines in Kabul though.

Someone tried a yellow connect four piece but it got stuck.

Most of them are Russian helicopters that were cheaper to buy, and easier to learn to fly. I doubt we will see the Taliban establish a viable air force, unless they bring in skilled pilots, trainers, engineers and other support staff (using contractors) it doesn't look possible.

I suspect what might happen to them is that they will be sold onto neighbouring countries or offloaded to shady arms dealers who will either sell them as full units or strip them for parts.
