Must see documentaries..

100 foot wave - For all you extreme sports lovers this is the biggest wave ever ridden. I’m in Ericeira now, which is a surf town down the road from Nazare (Portugal) where this is set but hoping to get back up here just to watch big wave riders in October when Atlantic swells come in..

OMG. Just watched my Octopus Teacher on Netflix. One of the most beautiful documentaries I have seen. Beautifully filmed and you will fall in love with a mollusc.
Unbelievable Geoff.
just stunning.
I have avoided this because I feared some **** would kill it and i hate the thought of that.

Murder at the Cottage, a 5-parter on Sky by the acclaimed film director Jim Sheridan. Unlike most of these true crime stories, he has full access to the prime suspect in the as yet unsolved murder of a French documentary maker at her holiday home in rural West Cork 25 years ago - an oddball Manchester-born journalist.

Watched a good one tonight about the Trump Murdoch relationship.
Fox being sued for $4 billion for lies during the 2020 campaign.
These two trying to destroy democracy.

I have watched both documentaries on the bbc this week. Kudos to the bbc on this. Very tastefully put together and very compelling viewing. Was particularly awful listening to that poor firefighter who was the only one to survive out of his crew. Poor bloke is broken.

Here is hoping the lurking 9/11 conspiracy loons watched it

Just watching this 9/11 programme on BBC1. Watching hour by hour how Bush and his team acted. What a terrible day and and an awful 20 years that followed it. So many people affected.
It’s actually outrageous that an act, that was founded upon US incompetence and complacency around its own internal flight security measures, has been allowed to change the world in the way, and to the extent, it has - and not for the better. Far from it.
