Wow, it says a lot about you that you are happy for an innocent person to die in an ambulance because some middle class tosser who has probably clocked up more air miles than any of us with trips to Bali and India suddenly decides to care about the environment. Nice ethics.
 
Climate protesters can often be some of the most ill informed on the subject they are protesting over.

Certainly where these Climate Change protesters are concerned they are barking up the wrong tree. If they were serious about CO2 emissions they should be chaining themselves to the nearest Supertanker, because just 16 of these super tankers produce MORE C02 than ALL the cars on the planet.

In fact these knob heads blocking the M25 are likely doing more damage to the local area and wildlife by causing the traffic to back up for extended periods

No, all classes care.

I'm highlighting the hypocrisy of older Middle classed protesters who've probably travelled the globe and inflicted more damage to the environment than those they are holding up.

My main point was the fact it could cause delays to those in urgent needs.

Certainly my experience.

I personally know of at least a couple of the Extinction Rebellion crowd who have thousands more air miles than your average traveller and they both live in old draughty less than energy efficient houses.

The problem is that I suppose it's generally the older / more comfortably off members of society that have the time / money to protest. Add to that students and the great unwashed and it does create the impression that concern for the environment is purely the concern of the yoghurt knitting unicorn painters. Other folk care too, but they are busy paying the bills, working and looking after kids.

Which I'm sure is the real reason for concern not the general inconvenience.

Weird post this.

It is no inconvenience for me but as said it is pretty dire when it could lead to fatalities due to emergency services being blocked just to gain some attention.
 
A woman has been airlifted to hospital with serious injuries
after a crash on the motorway blocked by these utter clowns.
On here, it's apparently everyone's 'Right' to facilitate dangerous situations that result in stunts like those being perpetrated by these self righteous idiots.
They are not stopping, as at present, they can only be held shortly, are bailed, then released, so far most of them have immediately returned to carry on their merry antics.
So, very soon, (we pray the poor lady in hospital recovers),
the discussion won't be around the semantics of the rights
and wrongs of demonstrations, it will be about manslaughter.
 
Bloke involved in the M25 protests has just stormed off the GMTV set after being outed as not having his own home insulated, comparing the protestors to Churchill(?!?!?!) and not really showing any regret or remorse for their actions causing an old lady to be paralysed from a stroke after she was stuck in traffic delays caused by them when her Son was trying to get her to hospital.

The newspaper articles say that the cause of the crash hasn't been confirmed.
