could be looking at 4k blues.
We shifted a load of tickets in the last few days before the Friday night Cup game a few years ago. I reckon a load of tickets will be sold now it’s general sale.Yeah, the official allocation is now 4797 - increased from the initial 3001

Currently in my 2nd hour on the phone to the 'ticket office'. Made a terrible mistake in buying a single ticket and then needing two, as one of the kids deciding they can make it. Phoned to ask to swap my single for two seats together. It was like I had asked the lovely work experience 14 year old in the ticket office for the answer to the meaning of life. He struggled to understand it was for the away cup game, then told me it was sold out (despite the new blocks being added and showing over 300 seats on the website). When I explained there were new blocks on sale - he told me they were for West Ham fans. After 45 mins, he transferred me to a 'manager' who made the change in less than 30 seconds....
For the Cup game 3 years ago i was in the very last row in the top section. Youre right though, need binnoculars up there. We don't normally get 222 or 223 above the telly. The back 6 rows or so were also covered with tarpaulin in the initial seasons as the stadium was not allowed to sell all the seats due to its licence, not sure if that has changed as the attendances increased but not been in the back section after the first time as it is another 50 metres from the pitch.
