I mean in one way speak for yourself lol - though Johnson is working his way through the population one at a time it seems lol - to be more serious if Labour, the Lib Dems and SNP can't pull the **** to bits over this then its time to pack up go home and wait until his other fuck up - Brexit - starves us to death
 
Its interesting but the Govt "defence" statement issued tonight majors on the vaccination programme and makes no mention of their "world beating" test, track and trace programme which was rightly slated in the report. I am just glad I had no relatives killed by Johnson and Hancocks heartless actions over care homes

No planning permission needed for office to residential conversion since 2013...

Most councils opposed because it takes commerce out of town centres, and some flats created are awful. Just one of many "permitted developments" the Tories have added - now your neighbour (even in a terrace) can add two stories without planning permission!

If you think you are having a bad day, a mate of mine has been lumped with a £100k bill to remove unsafe cladding and fit new safe cladding to his apartment.

This government has done fuck all to support residents who have been shafted. The fault was down to developers who installed shoddy materials as well as councils who set incorrect guidance and regs.

Since Michael Grove took over as housing minister he's been gifted 120k by property developers.

Please think again if you decide to vote tory, they are not the party for the every day people. Fuck em.

I have sympathy but is it really the job of the tax payer to pay for private home repairs? My render only lasted four years and needs doing again. Where do I claim?

It’s not even in the same universe. If people had bought cars that were unsafe because of cost cutting measures they would get the money back or adjustments made at the manufacturers expense.

But as it is property and @BlueMoonday highlights, the government have an unhealthy relationship with property developers, it has been left to drag on for four years leaving some with no choice but to declare bankruptcy.

I'd be surprised if there isn't at least one MP who has personally profited from some of this cost cutting on buildings.

It’s quite telling that he didn't bother to check if he was allowed to be an MP and perform the role at the same time.

You would have thought that should have been one of the first questions he thought to ask.
