That's absolute quality!

Whilst the match going fans are what you might say are the hard core support and as has been shown over the past year or so are a huge influence upon the team and make the atmosphere, if they were the only supporters the club have then it would probably be a very different club indeed.Been a huge spat between Pete Boyle and the person who tweeted that. I think Boyle's issue is that it should be against the Glazers only and Solskjaer shouldn't be dragged into it. Boyle also has a huge problem with these fan cam types and armchair Rags who spend all their time on social media slagging the club, players, and manager off while never setting foot inside the stadium. He's got a point tbf.
Don't forget - they appointed Mourinho to combat us landing Pep. Probably the best kneejerkery ever. One of our greatest achievements in the last 10 years has been cleverly conning the rags into buying Sanchez, Fred, Maguire and Ronaldo.
Whatever genius in our club pushed that agenda deserves an almighty pay rise. Those four have collectively set back their minuscule hopes for years!
CamelGob wants Ollie given the axe. The number of people who also want Ollie axed dwindles into insignificance when compared the the billions who want GamelGob axed from every TV screen in the galaxy and a restraining order invoking when a microphone is within a hundred yards of him.
If CamelGob started with an Under 8 team he'd make such a bugger of it that his 'managerial career' would be dead before its lungs had barely inflated. It's interesting to see how many top-line ex-players actually make a decent fist of managing, and win summat,a nd how many decide that they wouldn't touch it with a bargepole and choose to yap about it with such authority, and pontificate when the likes of better managers than that Valencia guy, what was his name, have a slight blip on their road to managerial immortality.Perhaps they should replace one ex player with another as manager. Ferdinand must be the pundit with the biggest (camel) gob. Has massive opinions on everything and is convinced he is absolutely right all the time. I'd love it if they gave him the job... love it!
I take your point but I think we have to distinguish between those fans who can't attend games and those who won't attend games, have no intention of doing so, and spend all their spare time moaning on social media platforms. It's the easiest thing in the world to pull on a United shirt and watch the match down the pub given their success over the past 30 years or so (and that also applies to City these days too).Whilst the match going fans are what you might say are the hard core support and as has been shown over the past year or so are a huge influence upon the team and make the atmosphere, if they were the only supporters the club have then it would probably be a very different club indeed.
I don't wish to open up any particular can of worms but in terms of percentage of our fan base they are a really small percentage. That being the case then I think that they have a loud voice.
As a supporter / fan for over half a century (gulp) I am not in the demographic of these new fan channels but to some it's an important way to follow whichever club they follow.
The fact that it is two people on the internet having a fight is amusing but it is one person's view against another's.
Not certain where that was supposed to lead and I probably be doing something, anything more productive. :-)
Their best option seems to be any manager who has been sacked from somewhere else, on the basis of falling behind the pack. I think the Rags hang on to a manager so they're never in the frame of umpteen managers in umpteen seasons. Ollie's got a bit of slack yet. I'd say three more games. He’s definitely safe until the Chelsea game.
I think against Watford he’ll come out with the 4-2-4 nonsense again and the game will probably end 3-2 in the Rags favour.
Then so long as he doesn’t lose to Chelsea by more than 3-0 he’ll survive that.
I think he’ll be safe until it’s mathematically impossible to make top 4 and they’re out of the CL. That could see him safe well into March or even April.
Once they turf him I fully expect Rodgers to get the job in the summer.

They sooo wanted Pep.
They knew that he was the best manager out there and haven't been able to find another who comes close!
This seems to be the way they've gone in the past. Moyes was sacked as soon as it was mathematically impossible for them to make top 4. Van Gaal was sacked after the FA Cup final win, but it was only the week before after the last league game of the season that they knew they'd finished outside the top 4. Mourinho was the outlier but that could be because things had gotten so toxic that they had to get shut earlier than plannedHe’s definitely safe until the Chelsea game.

I agree. The fan cam channels can be useful at times as a source for those fans who can't get to games but my overriding opinion of them is that most of the contributors are just playing up to the cameras and vastly exaggerating their disgust/delight.
