Allowed us to knock them off their perch
I cannot tell you how much I love this story. It made my day.A few years ago me and my old man were playing golf at Mottram hall.We were booking in the pro shop,Pisscan turned up late for his tee time we were asked if we minded letting him and his guests go in front of us.I said no he can wait for a gap like anyone else who turns up late.He went apoleptic giving it the do u know who i am.I started whistling blue moon and other city songs.Told him he was the hard shoulder shitter, reminded him about his wife beating son.I think i embarresed my dad big time
but it was worth it.AFIAC.When we had finished the round i was told i was no longer welcome at the course no doubt all down to pisscan.Hope he lives to a hundred watching us keep lifting trophies!!
Ric was planning on selling them all to RAWK for a hefty transfer fee according to your It’s Quiet thread, remember? :)Any reasons guys and gals I have the options all greyed out for bold, italics, postings images and video?

Possibly, and it's understandable if true. Otherwise you could have the Chelsea fan scenario, of rival fans disrupting games in order to put the host team in trouble. But on this occasion, the fans also broke in to Old Trafford. Footage (and now arrests) prove they were United fans, and footage seems to show that United's own security team actually opened the doors to let the protesters into the ground.Aren't they only held responsible for behaviour of fans when they are inside stadiums (including away games, not under their control). We don't even know that they are all rags, it could have been Chelsea fans :)
Nothing. But the competition organiser may award the points to the club not at fault for the abandonment. So it shouldn't be possible to use this as a method of nullifying a game being lost. What's to stop a club organising a riot or a pitch invasion to get a game called off when things are not going in their favour?
Yeah, I did wonder about using the past or present tense. Was?

So United's own security were actually complicit in allowing the attack to take place and hence also culpable for the postponement.
No punishment smacks of favoritism.
Very true, but if they are identified and are regulars at the swamp or had tickets in the home sections for the postponed game then they are rags and the club should face severe punishment. - And I thought Chelsea fans only disrupted Liverpool games.Aren't they only held responsible for behaviour of fans when they are inside stadiums (including away games, not under their control). They have history for that. 1974 springs immediately to mind. What's to stop a club organising a riot or a pitch invasion to get a game called off when things are not going in their favour?
The good thing about that was the referee had the sense to say he had blown the final whistle. Nowadays I don't suppose he would get away with it. The game would have to be replayed and behind closed doors. They have history for that. 1974 springs immediately to mind.
The morons would still break in/be allowed in, to try and get the game abandoned, and the PL would still close their eyes, put their fingers in their ears, and sing "la la la la" and do sweet FA, sorry, PL.The good thing about that was the referee had the sense to say he had blown the final whistle. Not true, The Derby was abandoned in the 85th minute and the league said the result stood. The good thing about that was the referee had the sense to say he had blown the final whistle. Nowadays I don't suppose he would get away with it. The game would have to be replayed and behind closed doors.
Leaving it open-ended with a succession 'plan' allows the fickle, narrow minded fans to believe there is an end goal/product.MEN running a story about Rogers taking over from Ole as part of the Rags succession plan. When the fuck did sacking your manager become a succession plan.
City must have been a much better run club in the 90's than I remember. They seemed to have a continuous succession plan
He took full responsibility and apologised, and as far as I can ascertain, he still has the security contact for United. This is so dodgy. Took the wrap on behalf of the club. He is rewarded with more work, they get off without punishment. The fake bomb in the toilets was also placed by a member of the security staff

To be fair it is something that our club needs to start seriously thinking about and planning forMEN running a story about Rogers taking over from Ole as part of the Rags succession plan. When the fuck did sacking your manager become a succession plan.
