Good point, but if Kavanagh had been told, you'd think he could have seen AND given the penalty.

Can’t fault him for that but I suspect it was a Rags and Dippers infested Office with the same agenda they promote for the other 364 days of the year.

It's true the service at the bars is diabolical. How on earth can a bar, that know approximately how many pints they serve each game, run out. It's not as if they have 10 different brews to choose from. They don't even have to fuck about with cash now either. I was in a queue a few games ago, and basically a bloke in the queue organised it better than the ones behind the counter. He just asked everyone how many beers they wanted and told the staff to just keep pouring the pints till there was enough. Job done. They need a full over haul. It's not fit for purpose.
