Borussia Monchengladbach have just announced Denis Zakaria will leave on a free at the end of the season
The biggest worry is he putting himself in the shop window?Alot of noise here in Wales, about McAtee coming to Swansea on loan, had a Swansea supporter ask me in work how good is McAtee as apparently the links with Swansea are getting stronger. The manager really wants him in January apparently and is pushing the Swansea board to get it done.
Think it would be a good loan for him, probably goes straight into their team. They play decent football as well.

I can see a loan and if successful, the clubs will be forming a que to sign him up permanently with his contract situation.
He would be a bargain in terms of transfer fee and thus command a very big contract.
McAtee is one we really don't want to lose.
Almost a feeder club....Their Sporting Director (Mark Allen)_ was here for 8 years 1999-2017, they are interested in taking Finlay Burns and Wilson-Esbrand as well.
Play a very possession based game, Conor Gallagher was on loan there in 2020 for a decent spell. Got a few of our old boys on the books too Ntcham and Latibeaudiere,
I hope so. Our squad depth should be reinforced especially in that areaPep said we wouldn’t sign a striker in January but maybe we could chance a cheap deal on someone like kamara or zakaria? Both their clubs would need money rather than lose on a free?

Swansea coach apparently rates McAtee highly. Swansea are after a few reinforcements in January McAtee is high on the list, apparently they tried in the summer to get him on loan but City said no.
I don’t think he trusts them muchAgree mate and would also give these young guys a chance to settle and start to learn the pep way?
I don’t think trust comes into it, Foden showed the pathway and the patience needed as well as the ability. Palmer looks to have seen that following that pathway is the way to go. Think he’s right. In the end though if we get 3 academy players playing regular first team football that will be a good result, I doubt we will ever see more than 3 or 4 becoming regulars.I don’t think he trusts them much
well he hadn't signed his deal.If true, that was a shite decision.
McAtee is an age group lower, i think he'd have been moved into the same playing time as Palmer from nexdt season, but him/agent have pushed their luck a bit more than normal and moved him up a bit due to the contract situation.I don’t think trust comes into it, Foden showed the pathway and the patience needed as well as the ability. to be fair, his performances have also pushed him up a bit.McAtee is an age group lower, i think he'd have been moved into the same playing time as Palmer from nexdt season, but him/agent have pushed their luck a bit more than normal and moved him up a bit due to the contract situation.
Just hope the loan move/time they want works out and they sign up.
I think there is a bit of a stand off with the club not wanting him to go on loan until he signs a contract, and vice versa for Mcatee.McAtee is an age group lower, i think he'd have been moved into the same playing time as Palmer from nexdt season, but him/agent have pushed their luck a bit more than normal and moved him up a bit due to the contract situation.

Those magic eye things are good fun

Would be good to see the 'big picture' starting to pan out. Otherwise, seems a whole load of fuss about making a paltry few quid.
I’m not sure it comes down to trustI don’t think he trusts them much
