If I was City fan, the draw the obvious preferred outcome but if I had to choose a winner, I'd prefer Chelsea for two reasons.

1. Liverpool are a much bigger threat to you than we are.

2. Fuck Liverpool, who the hell wants to see them win, ever.

Liverpool are capable of going on a long winning run, and they finished last season really strongly. I'd rather not us need to take any chances with them.

1. Draw
2. Chelsea win (for what it's worth, dippers are our biggest threat)

I'd take either of those without hesitation if offered now.

3. Liverpool win (even that's not a total disaster - if it happens and Chelsea fail to beat us in a fortnight, they're pretty much dead and buried in terms of the title)
