Aguero and Silva didn't see a long future here, the money grabbing mercinaries with no footballing ambition etc etc.

Torres moved here to develop long term as a player with the best coach and win many many trophies

Can't really judge a player's intention or commitment before they have joined.

not really. Aguero and Silva didn't see a long future here but they were also not against it and intent on moving elsewhere. whereas these kind of PR stars like Haaland always think of their net moves even when they are under contract. they are more worried about their status and fame. Aguero and Silva were the entire opposite of that and those are the kind of players we should chase to bring to the club not the likes of Haaland

You have absolutely no evidence to portray Haaland this way and it’s kind of embarrassing to see you doing it

that's okay, as long as we avoid the europa league they will never have to meet us.

Understand the point of view - I'm also praying for an extension on Peps part.
The issue there is burn out, the guy lives every moment of every game. Money can't come into it these days - it's chasing that CL. Honestly if we'd won it last year I think he might have said enough

Mino is Mino and he certainly isn't like most agents... Haaland wanted a certain approach and I'm not convinced that will work with Pep

I think, given what we were willing to throw at harry kane, we should be able to compete with anyone...certainly with regards to money and city being in his DNA. It will be truly disappointing if we dont go balls deep at least.

Haaland is a world superstar in the making. Potentially bigger than any player we have a very signed before.....if he comes. You're being too parochial......this is a genuine superstar. I would not mind at all if he gives us 3 seasons and then moves on for more huge money.
I wouldn't expect to see a video of him eating a full English with a pint as was once shown of Uwe when he first signed!!!!
