Depends what you mean by genuine, I guess. Domestic violence is often hard to prove but I'm fairly confident the injuries haven't been faked. Here's another:

I'm just going through the scenarios of how the Rags will cover it. It looks genuine, and there's the picture of the bruises on her leg as well.

I'm pretty sure it'll be on the BBC, or other news outlets, as this is the sort of thing that needs calling out. I bet Talksport have a full half hour show on it.

Be interested to see if she's reported this to the authorities.
