Just finished the excellent Godfather of Harlem, heard Station Eleven was worth a go, anyone seen it?
Was thinking S4 of Gomorrah was their best yet, up until the last 2 episodes when they suddenly totally shat the bed.
Don't know if I can be fucked with s5 anymore. Back to rinse repeat with a swapped in new big character.
Might give l'immortale a go for a bit of a a side break, see what pep's been up to behind the scenes.
all il say is the final episode of season 4 leads directly into things happening in l'immortale
Interesting. I was going to watch it after S3 before starting S4 as thats when wikipedia says it is set, but someone on here told me not to, to do S4 first, and so I trusted them.
Still enjoying it overall, and most of S4 was brilliant. Enjoyed the fact they managed to create so much tension and chess-play, without constant shootouts and shock factor killings. Till the last 2 episodes when they resorted to type.
Anyway, a bit of Ciro in l'immortale is maybe what I need to get me back on track for S5.
Been watching Seal Team on Sky Max.
on season 3 of 5. A little different and enjoying most of it
Brilliant. Just been renewed by Paramount for season six.
Season five is a lot grittier since it made the move across to Paramount.
I mean technically you could of watched it before season 4, but then it will spoil things in season 4.
Haven't watched season 5 yet.
I've heard it has been renewed, have to say its a lot better than other similar shows, and its nice to see missions go over a few episodes rather than all done and dusted over one.
Is there a reason the number of episodes from Season 3 onwards is lower than the the first 2 series?
Watched the Responder last night, bloody hell, it's really good.
Just watching the last episodeCurrently watching “Screw” which isn’t too shabby.
I mean technically you could of watched it before season 4, but then it will spoil things in season 4.
Haven't watched season 5 yet.
Think it was a cost thing and they filmed four and five across Covid, as they do turn them around quickly.
Season Six will have only ten episodes, but better than being cancelled.
I've seen all of season five already on IPTV, and it's still a good watch.
The character Clay has just sold a show to Paramount about LA Fire Fighters.
I won't ruin the end of season five for you, but they could never have left it there.
If you like Seal Team, I would also recommend Six, which was a History Channel production series about Seal Team Six.
And going further back, The Unit, which ran for years on Sky and is another Seal Team-type offering.
You sure you are not confusing S3 with S4?
Just because the film literally opens with the very last scene in s3.
Either way, watching it tonight, seen s4 already so, im sure all will be good.
I see what you mean now.
Technically, the best time to watch l'immortale is right after the first episode of S5.
but after season 4 definitely better than after S3, when it is set.
It was ok. Filler more than its own thing.
The books are hugely popular so not even close to being niche.A bit stupid and niche, if that's the case.
An ex military guy rocks up, speaks any language, works out almost every crime scene and never had a bad case.
All kinds of 'nah' for me.
