That must be why in the Next Manager After Pep thread I have already suggested at least five names, right? What a fucking stupid thing to say. And of course, needless to say: the only source of these opinions is me carrying my nationality on my user name. You would never tell an English fan anything like this, but you definitely would a foreign one, even though I have been a City fan for many, many years before Pep joined. There is a name for that…

Also, I dare you to tell me one time in which I said that a world top player would dream of playing for us rather than Real Madrid. What I constantly challenge is the notion that they could only possibly choose the Spanish team, especially when we offer more like in the current moment. I’ve heard from young players in Brazilian academies, when asked which European teams they would like to play for, mention us (and PSG, Liverpool etc) and not mention Madrid or Barcelona — several times. Times change.

I think Brazilian Gus is a very good poster. His posts don't seem to be based on TH or anyone else's views. He provides valuable insights into many players.

(Unconnected to this, I have long had Sir Peace Frog on my own ignore list, for a very long time, not because I have ever fallen out or exchanged any posts with him, but just because I don't find his posts worth reading, he frequently doesn't comply with the site's code of conduct to 'respect other posters'.)

You couldn’t handle the first time I challenged a bizarre opinion (to say the least) you were defending. But I’m glad we’re both ignoring each other. I’m also not fond of Slacktivism, if you know what I mean…

I may be gone from here BEFORE Pep leaves as this forum brings me a lot of stress. I built my fandom in a community of South American fans, we meet in person every once in a while (a little more difficult for me given where I live) but we are daily on WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook etc. That is my “tribe” (and the club is in touch with us all the time). I don’t need to be here or to prove you and the other prejudiced fans anything for my fandom to be validated
