I havnt read the previous posts & dont usually dabble in this sort of thread because I have no idea whats going on but I cant help wondering what would happen if someone managed to kill putin?
Who would be next in charge, would it make things worse?

well they allways say to stop a mob get the leader,i wouldnt raise an eybrow of surprise if he's taken out by his own security services at some point,who follows on i have no idea but it couldnt be much worse

If its one of his own and proven to be then things would be better I'm sure of it. If it's anyone from NATO then I think it would be a disaster waiting to happen. But honestly god knows where this is going to end up.

I'd say the responsibility lies with the generals and cronies surrounding Putin mostly but I don't think I'd go so far as you here They're active combatants in a war of aggression so there's a share of reponsibility there.

im no war expert far from it,but maybe he's taken more on than he can chew, so at some point they are going to occupy and get picked off by snipers,booby traps etc the list is endless and all those high rise flats lining the streets will become rat runs for the Ukraine solders that remain,a war that is endless and not winable,one thing for sure many Russians are going to die,i think Mr Putin has under estimated the Ukraines on a grand scale

Yep, I don’t think he realises (or no one’s been willing to tell him….) what Ukrainian sentiment is actually like nowadays and that’s just been strengthened by him creating martyrs already.

I agree, and I have no qualms about them losing their lives to those defending their country and freedom. I do draw the line at wanting everone of them dead and none of them returning to their families, thats where I disagree with the poster I replied to.
