I really hope not, that's article 5 territory. I generally worry about a minor incident or accident sparking ww3 at the moment. A few years ago I was in Sarajevo and visited the spot where Franz Ferdinand was shot. An inconsequential little street really and in many ways a fringe minor incident but obviously with huge consequences.

Fucking scary times. I have seen something previously about “V” marking but I can’t quite remember. None of this is good is it. So sad , pointless and but for the mind of a psychopath avoidable.
