After the Co-op became the first British supermarket to ban Russian vodka from its stores, Sainsbury's has announced it is taking a similar move.
Russian Standard vodka and Karpayskiye sunflower seeds will no longer be available in Sainsbury's stores, it has announced.
As well as that, its Chicken Kievs will be rebranded as Chicken Kyiv in the coming weeks.
A spokesperson told Politico: "We stand united with the people of Ukraine.
"We have reviewed our product range and have decided to remove from sale all products that are 100% sourced from Russia."
The supermarket will also donate £2m to support the crisis in Ukraine
