It's easy for tribalism to come into this but this is quite bad and I hate to see politics come into football.
Not a good day.

Wonder if she started following them before or after Heysel ?Just been listening to LBC , Shelagh Fogarty who I usually find quite measured about most of the topics she has on her show. She was giving it to the Chelsea fans on her show saying that they shouldn’t even be playing because bombs are dropping on maternity wards etc, and basically they should just suck it up etc.
Then she mentioned she was a ticket holder at Anfield and if her club was linked to dodgy stuff etc she would sack it off.
Oh the hypocrisy….
agree sets a precedent what and who decides the parametres ?It’s absolutely terrible.
Just sent that to my dipper mate who rejoiced in it. Just told him “ at least it’s not smashed up”.Chelsea team spotted on route to Norwich.View attachment 38248
Somewhat bizarre that the club can't continue to function just with all revenues remaining with the club and not passing to RA? Seems strange that the sanctions block things like new signings. Feels like an attempt to punish Chelsea.agree sets a precedent what and who decides the parametres ?
I don’t think that’s true.Things will be okay for Chelsea. PL is global brand and having one of your top teams suffer will affect the brand negatively worldwide. It's also part of life in UK so Government will have time give relaxations ans they will give eventually
Season ticket holders only, so staff at the club shop, catering, stewards etc are going to find themselves out of a job. Seems unfair on them.
If City fans can't see the potential for this then they too are morons.
Some City fans totally buy into current war propaganda but there is no necessity to take this as a binary conflict beteeen the free world and a new Russian empire.
Look at British history. We are sanctioning foreign capital for its association with militarism? Ha-ha.
…..and so is Michael Fish….He is a weather man
City must review how self-reliant the club operations are.
ThisThey talk as if American owners aren't also involved in a regime that has committed war crimes.
I appreciate Russia/Ukraine hits closer to home being in Europe but it's starting to look really hypocritical especially the Standard Chartered crowd.
All that being said, Chelsea can get fucked.

If a club doesn’t fulfil a fixture, they lose the fixture 3-0No chance. Surely there are league contractual obligations to fulfill all fixtures?
Do you know what, I don’t even think United or Liverpool fans would do what she did and what the Chelsea fanbase as a whole did that day.![]()
Fuck em
As its now looking very unlikely the rags will finish top 4 I wonder if Gill and co has anything to do with these current sanctions ?If a club doesn’t fulfil a fixture, they lose the fixture 3-0
Plus City are owned by ourselves, the CFG. City aren’t owned by Sheikh Mansour.Sorry but this is nonsense, the ties get closer all the time.
And it looks like we are going to be heavilly reliant on them for oil.
No, but our owners could be providing resources to another country hostile to the West in another conflict down the road. Why are we supplying steel to make Russian tanks?
I think United will still finish 6th even if Chelsea are effectively placed 16th.As its now looking very unlikely the rags will finish top 4 I wonder if Gill has anything to do with these current sanctions ?
