Welcome to our world Barcodes fans.
It's Alyson fucking Rudd, dipper extraordinaire, who said Pep was a very ordinary manager and forecast we would drop out of the top three. Now, apparently, she's an expert in moral philosophy. God save us.

The same cretin who, when she predicted (pre-season) that we wouldn't finish in the top 4, gave us a B- halfway through the season (when we were top) on the grounds that "we hadn't exceeded expectations".

Proof, if needed, that football writers have the memories of goldfish.

I was surprised to see an article with that title in the Times - and then l saw the author.
I suppose a half century of having to tell people 'no its spelled with a 'Y' ' every time she gives out her name has taken its toll on her attitudes to life.

Rudd's football credibility can be summed up in the two words of her declared all time favourite Liverpool player.

Jari Litmanen.

If these fuckers are so interested in removing dodgy owners etc - why doesn't someone propose a full football reset.

Remove all owners and have fan owned/small business owned teams make football an even playing field, teams are only allowed a certain budget for wages and costs (equal for all no matter how big the team was) - have to have UK players only and 7 have to be local - all match day & TV revenue shared equally.

No one will propose that - as the Premier League as a product will be fucked and all these journo cunts will be out of a job - no one will be interested in UK football. Money will go out of the game then the European leagues will jump in and take the opportunity.

Silly idea like
When Wenger was manager of Arsenal, he proposed the equal budgets idea and yapped on about financial doping. When he got a job with FIFA, he said FFP was just a scam to keep the old G14 on top.
Agendas, you see.

Why would BBC Sport reference Manchester United in Today's CL draw article? Utterly bizarre!

Apart from comments on here l couldn't place him so l looked him up on Wiki and realised why.
Not a long term legend was he?
I considered if l was guy would l fancy him. No
But being straight and never known for being fussy, would l give her one. Another resounding no.
She has poor taste in men and football.
I am grateful she does not commentate. Even the ladies with lovely speaking voices turn into screeching harridans when they get onto the gantry.
A real weirdess. A new word l made up just for her.

Is anyone familiar with this situation around our owner?

Following the huge amount of evidence that has now emerged over Sheikh Mansour’s involvement in the receipt of at least half a billion dollars worth of bribes from 1MDB in order to facilitate the thefts from that Malaysian fund (first by granting bogus guarantees from the Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund IPIC that he was in charge of and then by laundering of the stolen money through the IPIC owned Falcon Bank) ought he not be placed in just this category of criminals to be sanctioned?

I used to stick up for Neville on here. I was very wrong.
When he comes out and states that he and his pals have agreed to transfer 49% of Salford City ownership to “the fans” and that as part of the transfer they will make the club pay back, out of its own revenue, the multi millions of pounds that he and his pals have plowed in then, and only then, will I take his views seriously without thinking “you’re a fucking hypocrite”.
When he calls for united and their best mates Liverpool to have their owners sanctioned because the USA constantly thwarts human rights legislation by continuing with the death penalty, then and only then, will I listen to him.

Until then he will remain what he is in my eyes. A multi millionaire who uses his inordinate wealth - earned in large part on the back of working class money - to tell working class people what they should be thinking and doing. All of course, without any harm to he and his millionaire pals.

Not to mention dodgy deals to get a hotel opened in M/cr so he can fill it with hoardes of plastic overseas fans...how would that fit in with home ownership in a globalised sports market ?
Turning himself inside out with his own arguments vs his actions

From Sarawak Report. Sarawak is an obscure Malaysian state in an enclave on the island of Borneo clearly employing otherwise unemployable bitter know nowt fuckwits. "A huge amount of evidence" from "a notorious case" that no-one's ever heard of. Let's see it then anonymous dickhead. And since when was Sheikh Mansour in charge of Abu Dhabi's sovereign wealth fund?
