I watch a lot of Juventus actually. I watched the first half yesterday, for instance. He was good. We just rate him very differently, or have a different definition for “excellent”

In fairness, you must not have watched enough of Dybala over the years because as Domalino stated he has been excellent when healthy playing in a good side...not just Dolmino or my opinion...constant injuries have taken their toll and even when healthy he's basically a second striker in a 4-2-3-1...not really a fit here...I'm not saying Arsenal should or would take him when injuries and age are taken into consideration but at his peak neither Odegaard nor Smith-Rowe are remotely on his level...maybe in a couple years, but they still need to eat a lot of pasta before they get to Dybala's level...

With due respect, I probably have seen more of him in his full career than you have. I would never go as far as to call him excellent. He’s had great games, but excellent is a level above and he’s just not there for me

I didn’t say I know better, I said I think seen a lot of him because I watch a LOT of football. But maybe I’m wrong

Well it seems I can’t win. What is funny is the person I was talking to didn’t seem to take offense but you the warrior come to their defense anyway. I’ll apologize… to you, then, for getting third-hand offended.

It seems you are asking for this: what an idiot you are. I was talking about a player I have seen a lot with people who also have seen him a lot. We disagree about said player, respectfully. How exactly is my position any different than theirs? What makes me a “messiah” and they are regular posters? Is it because I am Brazilian and shouldn’t be as informed? What is it?? If I bother you because I post on many threads, you can put me on ignore. Trust me, I have several people on ignore and the conversations’ flows are just fine. Give it a try, it won’t hurt. I will continue to post on several threads because I watch a lot of football and am, sometimes to a fault, indeed an opinionated person. However, no different than many others, and I don’t see the same vitriol directed at them. I know the excuse for the abuse, my supposed “arrogant tone” or whatever. That comes with the package: English is not my language, and I learned American English as the standard, so even that contributes to a lot of misunderstandings. “With due respect” for me did not mean what you implied you thought, and you couldn’t contain yourself and had to come after me with irony on that lost-in-translation situation.
