True, but ankle injuries are less likely to end your career.yep
i first thought it was a ACL and when the replay shown his boot stuck in the grass a feared the worst
but a ankle injury is also very unlucky and could be a long lay off

If there was the faintest chance Walker’s injury was serious would we let him walk upstairs unaided, watch him trying to get into a fight, then happily let him walk about with a boot on carrying his own luggage?
If the answer is Yes then fair enough
It’s a bit of both, I reckon. Tkixi recruits pretty well nowadays and Pep improves players.Sorry - I thought it was clear from the "first Summer had Nolito and Bravo", and the "six seasons" that I was talking about under Pep, but realise I didn't actually say that.
Clearly we have a huge list of poor transfers before that date, which makes it more remarkable. Obviously recruitment could have improved, but I'd suggest Guardiola can make good players work for him.
Lots of clubs have stairs in the tunnel , there maybe a case, but I’ve never heard of a player being injured on tunnel stairs.its crazy even at the etihad having stairs in the tunnel getting to the pitch ? i don't under it and somebody could hurt themselves one day and the club would be blamed
Are you allowing for Oliver?they say it never rains, but it pours ? a full fit manchester city at wembley beats liverpool
it would not be city if we do things the easy way and coast big games
I remember doing the tour years ago and the guide said players (Anelka was mentioned) slipped on the carpet when we were on the flat.Lots of clubs have stairs in the tunnel , there maybe a case, but I’ve never heard of a player being injured on tunnel stairs.
I think Pep should keep this under wraps, say nothing about either player until the team is announced on Saturday,, keep Slopp guessing so he won't know what tactics too useStill nothing official bout Walker and KdB...
Agreed, earlier in the season peeps were picking our 'best 11' and not naming Kev.I agree KDB will also be a huge loss. However we have the players to step up.
Rodri, Bernardo, Gundogan, Grealish, Foden, Fernandhino, Sterling, Jesus, Mahrez, Delap......
thats 10 players for the front 6 places. Plus other EDS players.
Klopp’s tactics will continue to be ‘kick and rush’. They’re good at what they do but they are basically a reincarnation of Wimbledon.I think Pep should keep this under wraps, say nothing about either player until the team is announced on Saturday,, keep Slopp guessing so he won't know what tactics too use
