Gundogan only has a year left on his current deal too so depending on whether we offer him a new one or what his plans are for the final phase of his career, he could need replacing soon. Hopefully we can persuade Bernardo to stay a bit longer.If we don't deem it neccesary to sign a fullback and I personally don't think we will then it leaves an opening to bring in an 8 instead, we're lacking a man in that position already with just 3 options unless foden is pushed back there and we need to be future proofing the position with Bernardo not entirely happy here and gundo and kdb wrong side of 30.

I think we’ll keep cancelo and Zinny as the left backs and prob go for a right back if I had to put money on it today. We need a pacy, wide attacker, a midfielder who can play CM and CDM, a competent left back (any left back please) and a back up GK from the CFG system.

Most consistent? You stuck in 2019?Saddens me that people are happy for Sterling to possibly go, he has been one of our most consistent performers since he joined. Yes his finishing isn’t perfect but his work rate is brilliant and is hardly ever injured. Him, Phil, Kev feeding EH next season would be incredible to watch.
