No idea how this is going to pan out. He has to clear a lot of dross and egotistical tossers out of that dressing room if he can get buyers for them. He then has to get top quality replacements in. The club has to hope the players gel with him and go with his methods. If....and it's a big if....it all goes to plan they could unfortunately be challenging at the top again fairly quickly.
