I guess he means there generally isn’t much jeopardy in our games now.I find that odd. 5-1 at home, top of the league and your bored?
we used to win games 1-0 or scrape a draw and their would be more noise
1st one was its 0 - 0 how shit must you be.....after 2 seconds.Said before and will say it again ! I dont think our atmosphere is any worse or better than anyone else.
Dipperpool is a mith made up by the press/media. I have seen a few games and when the away is in the dipperpool half you can hear a pin drop. Spuds have that terrible slow song ' when the spuds go' its bloody awful makes me fall asleep lol.
When it matters the fans are they. But time after time the away team doesnt want to play football, this doesn't help the atmosphere. The first song Watford song yesterday was ' we've got the ball, we got the ball' lol
It's not only about the noise, it's also about the fact that 20% of our fans leave the etihad at the 80 minute mark, no matter what the score is at the time. You will never see thousands of Liverpool fans leave Anfield, United fans leave Old Trafford, before the final kick off during a title run in and DEFINITELY not when its still a tight game. Here's the kicker, most City fans are based in Manchester, a lot of their fans are from London/Birmingham. They should be the ones worried about getting home early. Why do so many of our fans need to get back home so bad? Is your partner not gonna let u in if you get back 20 mins later than scheduled? Are they all cinderellas? U have to be home before itv new at 6? Is the pub gonna close at half 5? This has nothing to do with ticket prices, it's lack of passion for the club.Said before and will say it again ! Sorry but Old Trafford is exactly the same............I've driven past on home games and they are leaving in droves before final whistle. It's not only about the noise, it's also about the fact that 20% of our fans leave the etihad at the 80 minute mark, no matter what the score is at the time. This doesn’t explain why the guy next to me in 315 doesn’t ever make a noise apart from saying ‘hi’. He looks like he’s been going to City for 30 years.
I don’t know why he doesn’t feel he needs to vocally encourage our team. It can’t be because of money, in SS3, our tickets cost less than £18 per game.

MasochistLeaving early has always been a problem my grandad and dad always left early at Maine Road. To get to the Vic in Burnage for a quick pint before going home lol.
Perhaps if I lived nearer I would leave early. But an extra 10 or so minutes on my 6hr drive doesnt make much of a difference. I have never left early not even under Peace lol
where is 120?Was pretty quiet yesterday, a few chants, but even the usual "come on city" wasn't really getting taken up in my block (120) .
