Not 1 person gave 2 shits about football finance when the clubs with the biggest revenue could buy whomever they wanted. For years united raped and pillaged the league and nothing was said. It’s nothing but an excuse to help them deal with the fact that another team is challenging for trophies.

They call themselves an " elite" team and use that to justify the decisions they get that contribute tremendously to their success. The only reason they are an " elite " team " is because they got investment decades ago. Then the door was slammed on any competition. Then they accuse City of being FFP cheats. They call City oil cheats alongside profile pictures of LiVARpool shirts with Standard Chartered emblazoned across the front. They call themselves "socialists" something local residents around Anfield would surely take great exception too. "Scouse not English" yet didn't these "socialists" want to be first in line to furlough working class employees at the expense of the English taxpayers, whilst having players on multi million pound contracts? The media wonder why football violence is on the increase when trouble follows them wherever they go. Yet now United fell away, after a thirty year sabbatical, LiVARpool are getting the decisions again and being seen safely through one round after another in the cups, further increasing the chance of trouble. Even their players join in, setting an example to their young followers, running around with a flare, spitting on the crowd below and elbowing opposition players. Yet they always have an excuse. Offended by Everything Ashamed of Nothing.

They were first in line in the premier league to get some furlough money in the door when covid happened off a Tory government. They didn’t read the room very well did they and ended up backtracking.

Sky admitted its a penalty was a big surprise, they still didnt make a huge deal about it and there was a joking manner to it all. Compare that to the outrage when they didnt give a penalty against us. Even ignoring our manager saying its offside in the build up.

They’ve been getting away with blatant pushes, trips, raking, Studs up tackles for years now…things aren’t going to change any time soon.

We'll do everything in our power to ensure we win games without needing any decisions that could be manipulated. That was 100% a penalty at 0-0 yesterday. But it's worth reminding people that we 100% should have conceded a penalty at 1-0 at Goodison so in games against Everton at least, we can't complain too much.

5 games to go. Leeds will be tough this weekend but hopefully we'll have watched the dippers lose earlier on Saturday and can go turn on the style and get that 4pt lead which will lower the HR a tad.

How can they lose though? At vital periods in the game match changing decisions go their way.

They have lost games this season, and drawn a few. They were on the wrong end of a decision at Spurs as well which changed the game.

It's not in doubt that they have huge support from Stockley Park and referees in general, but it is also true that they have only won one league title in decades. 5 City wins is all that matters, the dippers are irrelevant unless we fail to win a game.
 
Starting to remind me of 11/12 where in the run in United were getting decisions every week to make sure they were ahead of us. Hopefully it ends the same way, bit it's clear we're going to have to be convincing winners in every game as this lot are too good to drop points if the officials are on their side.

They always want to have the best of both worlds. They're underdogs, but also the biggest club in the country. They're outgunned by City, but also have the best player in every position. Referees hate them, but consistently bail them out and they've not had a penalty against them in 18 months. They're owned and funded by conservative money but want to be seen as a socialist club.

I'm still interested in how the asthmatic gegenpressers are going through a 65 match season playing every single game in every single competition a few days before May and don't have a single player on the injury list. That can't be just luck. Impossible.

Graeme Souness was a fucking Tory. So was Emlyn Hughes. They can fuck all the way off going 'hurr durr Lampard's a Tory'. I'm sure plenty of their players are right-wing. Alisson is a Bolsonaro supporter. Hell, Lovren (ex-player, but relatively recent) is an actual fascist.
