I’m expecting at least two :-)Might be legs in Sergio Gomez.

Yeah that’s understandable but also a move where he’d play more could still be tempting. We don’t know how long the invasion may last anyway. If it lasts forever does he just never move? I’m not sure it’d be a huge impact on a move
Zinny not being courted by West Ham still?
Just read this on Gomez, as havent seen enough of him. You can see why Txiki/Pep would at least take a look.

Sergio Gomez 2021/22: The young Spaniard becoming Anderlecht's most influential player - scout report
When thinking about left backs that have come through La Masia in the past, the first name that comes to mind is probably Jordi Alba. Another is probablytotalfootballanalysis.com
For this summer?125 million for Bellingham was reported by the dippers press in January
If this big robot fucker lands I'll let the butter pies comment go.She's out buying a BMW.
Braut Manchester Welcome.
Lamptey would be great for that. Wonder if we'll take a look at Kabore in the pre-season for RBPresume this would be a relatively cheap transfer but it seems a weird one with zinchenko still about and cancelo our primary LB these days.
Concern for me is a lack of a player similar to Walker. Given cancelo’s adaptability I don’t think it matters whether we get a RB or LB, but it needs to be a player that can fill that niche walker does. I.e, quick and powerful and able to cover the high line for us.
Chieck Doucoure though. now he'd be great. No he isn't (Doucoure)
EditedI hope we don’t take a look at doucoure if everton do go down, he's shite.
I like Rice and he would indeed be brilliant, but genuinely not sure he fits (or that there’s a space for him, rather). I wouldn’t swap Rodders for anyone.I'm sure he has, but just don't think we have the money to do both deals on top of Haaland over the next 12 months.
Pep is a fan of Rice, which I know Estiarte has also confirmed to people, but he likes a lot of players, and we can't get them all.
For me, Rice would be brilliant.
It’s feasible to switch to 4-2-3-1 if we got Rice as he’s more box to box. Bear in mind we will be changing our style assuming we get Erling anyway and could easily have Kev in behind him.I like Rice and he would indeed be brilliant, but genuinely not sure he fits (or that there’s a space for him, rather). I did consider this. In a triangle of Rodri - Rice - (Grealish Foden KDB) we wouldn’t be surrendering any midfield control, but with a shape more suited to feeding a true #9.It’s feasible to switch to 4-2-3-1 if we got Rice as he’s more box to box. Feasible but I think we'll still play 433 with one DM much the same as we did with Aguero. It’s feasible to switch to 4-2-3-1 if we got Rice as he’s more box to box. Bear in mind we will be changing our style assuming we get Erling anyway and could easily have Kev in behind him.
